In the midst of the Christmas season, the Service Projects was able to have two projects running throughout the month of December
Volunteers came to help one of our members and their family move into a new house.
They already had a truck and trailer ready, they just needed a few extra hands to load and unload their boxes and furniture.
There was a home needing a few large changes before it was ready to move into.
Volunteers assisted in disassembling two sheds and a walk in cooler so that they could be transported to another home. They also helped with some general clean-up and touch ups inside the house to prepare it for the new family moving in.
A lot of people moving houses around the holiday season, but thanks to our wonderful volunteers, we were able to get them the help they need. The second half of December was reserved for people to spend their extra weekend hours with their families.
Thank You to everyone who came out to each of the projects this year and to all those who put forth the extra effort to make sure our members received the help they need. Keep up the Good Work!!
