April 2018 Service Projects

April 30, 2018

April had five Service Projects running throughout the month.

April 10th; Digging up Fence

Volunteers met at the house of one of our members after work hours to help them dig out a fence.

April 12th; Furniture Transport

Volunteers met once again after work hours to help one of our members transport a pool table while also helping them dismantle and large counter and desk.

12 Volunteer hours logged!

April 14th; Digging Out Basement for Family of Nine

The homeowner planned to build a living space in their basement and needed some extra help in removing the dirt. Volunteers also helped with some general yard maintenance and clean-up.

66 Total volunteer hours!

April 21st; Irrigation Ditch

An irrigation ditch was dug for one of our members for a yard project they were working on.

15 Volunteer hours completed!

April 28th; Spring Cleaning

A crew of volunteers helped one of our members with several cleaning projects throughout their yard such as: moving rocks, trimming trees and mowing the lawn.

A successful month for the Service Projects Group. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped and especially the Coordinators of the Service Projects Group who made these events possible. Keep up the Good Work!!
