After 90 years of abuse in Utah's public school system, we face another key milestone in our history. DCCS member civil rights are being challenged on a number of fronts. Whether the USCB botched removal of DCCS members from a charter school board or denying access to public services simply because of membership status, it is unconstitional! It is time for Utah to stop considering us as 2nd class citizens!
The DCCS strives to secure education opportunities for its members, especially in cases where those opportunities wouldn't otherwise be available to them.
